This website is beginning the same way the company is: small, incomplete, and still being discovered. It is the exact same way all the books were created. Right now, it is a place to introduce NPCS, share the books and products as they are completed, and explain the purpose behind everything being built.

As the company grows, this site will grow with it. More books, products, resources, and opportunities will be added—some free and others affordable. One day, I hope this becomes more than a website. I want it to become a place where people can bring their ideas, abilities, and dreams; where they are recognized for what they can do instead of being limited by a label; and where they can find support to help bring those dreams to life.

This company will grow from one person to many, with one priority remaining at its center: people before profit. This is truly all I have ever asked for from a company or another human being. I was always told that one person could not change the world. Then I learned that I am not alone in this world. There are so many of us, and I want to offer every one of us a place to call home. There is one key principle: practice what you teach. It is that simple. Help others and learn to help yourself. But first, we must be willing to look in the mirror, examine our own shortcomings, and grow from what we find. I welcome accuracy. I welcome people who help me see other perspectives, and I hope anyone who is like me finds this company one day. Or creates their own.
